441 Templates are of course set at a fixed price, which may change depending on demand. These range from a couple dollars, to a couple dozen dollars in price. You are given HTML and CSS code, and occasionally images to serve as an example framework for you to tailor to your own needs. No additional HTML assistance will be given other than the standard notation for the templates. HTML and CSS knowledge is recommended, if not required for any template purchases.

By using a pre-made professional template, you get that high-quality look while at the same time saving a bit of money. Because all I have to do is modify the assets, remove unwanted elements, and maybe add a few minor elements or make minor design changes, most of the work is taken care of already, and the price would be much cheaper than creating a new design from scratch. This type of modification can range from $100-$500, plus the price of the original design. I typically recommend themeforest.net, but if you have one from another source you'd rather use, that's fine too.

Custom designs are a great way to set you apart from the masses, because you can be assured that no one else will have your design. Due to their custom nature, depending on the extent of the website, they are significantly more expensive, but well worth the cost. I'll know the code inside and out, and future changes and updates will be a breeze. Depending on the amount of pages, the extent of content, and the number of revisions, custom designs can range from $500-$2000, and up if the job calls for something terribly extensive.

Custom elements are a great way to get an easy attention grabber. If you have an idea you can't find fits easily into a new site design, or just want a fancy new splash page with a specific look, this is what you're looking for. Custom elements can range from $25-$100 depending on complexity and ease of repurposing.

Room441 Admin prices are also fixed. Hosting aligns with the standard Room441 hosting charges, but there is a $50 setup fee instead of the cheaper one. This is due to you purchasing multiple designs, a whole CMS, and more file integration required to get everything off the ground.

If you would like to become a reseller for the Room441 Administration, All prices and information can be found in the contract found here. Once you have it signed and scanned, please send it to contracts@room441.com.
As with any artist, your commissioned work may become part of my larger portfolio. This means that it may appear on the design side of my site under 'portfolio', but also that it may or may not be adapted into a template, (after your personal information has been removed, of course.) Although the template may be sold at a lower price than the original work, this is because the initial work has already been done when building out your site the first time. If specified, you may request that your design never be resold, but the cost may be higher if requested.
